By accessing and using Virtue Mobile Care's website, mobile applications, and healthcare services (collectively, the "Services"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

Virtue Mobile Care provides in-home primary care medical services delivered by licensed healthcare providers. Our Services include but are not limited to:

  • In-home physician and nurse practitioner visits
  • Chronic care management
  • Transitional care services
  • Preventive care and wellness visits
  • Telemedicine consultations
  • Care coordination services

The information provided on this website is for general informational purposes only and is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

4. Patient Responsibilities

As a patient of Virtue Mobile Care, you agree to:

  • Keep scheduled appointments or provide adequate notice for cancellations
  • Maintain a safe environment for home visits

5. Insurance and Payment

Virtue Mobile Care accepts Medicare, most Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid, and many commercial insurance plans. You are responsible for verifying your insurance coverage and understanding your benefits.

We do not charge additional travel or convenience fees for in-home visits. If your insurance covers a regular office visit, it covers our visit to your home at the same cost-sharing level.

6. Appointment Cancellation Policy

We request at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in fees or dismissal from the practice.

7. Privacy and HIPAA

We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with HIPAA. Please review our Privacy Policy and HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices for detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect your health information.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Virtue Mobile Care shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
